Edmonton Chinese Badminton Club (ECBC)
Founded in 1980, the ECBC is a recreational badminton club in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The club motto is “To promote friendship and good health through badminton for everyone, regardless of age, gender or nationality!”

Dec 4, 2025 update: The Winter 2026 schedule is available. Games take place on Sunday sat Concordia. New memberships and drop-in play is available. For January to April 2026:

- Sunday, Feb 1 to Sunday, Apr 26, 2026: 3pm-5:30pm, please note cancellations below

Schedule & Location
The ECBC plays year-round and always welcomes new members or drop-in badminton players of all abilities. Protective eyewear is recommended, but not mandatory for badminton players.

Jay has training for adults and kids, on Mondays it is at Concordia: Friends of the Edmonton Chinese Badminton Club
Gym Location
Parking
Free parking is available at the Bellevue Community Centre across the street (NW corner of 112 Ave. and 73 St.) – please park near the fenced area. Alternatively, parking in the Concordia lot is $4/day.
Membership & Drop-in Fees
Drop-ins are welcome on any day on the schedule. Memberships are available for Jan – Apr 2026. Payment can be made via e-transfer to Stefan, cash or card using machine in person. All players can use the club’s Yonex birdies for free at each game.
